Michael Wolder is the founding member of Wolder & Associates, APC. Mr. Wolder has been practicing primarily construction, real estate and general business litigation for the last 25 years. As a former Architectural Designer and later a mechanical engineer at Fluor Corporation, Mr. Wolder understands the complexities of construction projects and complicated real estate and business transactions.

Mr. Wolder has tried numerous jury trials, court trials and arbitrations in cases involving large public works projects, private multi-family developments, commercial projects and custom homes. Mr. Wolder has also represented developers, businessmen and real estate professionals in partnership disputes, licensing issues, DRE hearings, entitlements and zoning cases.

Mr. Wolder is a former chair of the Construction Law subsection of the Orange County Bar Association, has sat on numerous Boards of construction companies, environmental companies and even a golf clothing company. Mr. Wolder is licensed to practice in all federal and state courts in California.
